Not only did they make the dress shopping experience enjoyable, but they also offered valuable advice on alterations. Went bridal dress shopping over the Christmas holidays as I was visiting. They squeezed me in and I was so glad they did. I had an amazing experience. Both the owner and the woman who helped me were so energetic, understanding, kind and overall comforting. The space was very clean and I felt like a true bride! I honestly cannot rave enough about Emma who was my consultant when we came in to look at dresses. I had heard very last minute from a friend that Victoria Lane was having a sample sale for one day only and popped in towards the end of the day with my mom and a friend to take a look and try on some dresses. We were paired up with Emma and she was absolutely incredible! She was so lovely and made us laugh but was also very knowledgeable and gave lots of good tips and ideas. She made me feel absolutely beautiful and I found a couple dresses I was really loved. Although we weren't there for a formal bridal appointment and it was a little chaotic in the store because of the sale happening we felt completely looked after and never felt rushed or like there was a lack of attention. She stayed with us right until the very end and didn't rush us through the decision process. I loved my experience at Victoria Lane Brides! I got the most beautiful wedding dress here, and the staff were amazing. I found them to be so kind and helpful, and they made great suggestions based on my comments as we tried on dresses. I loved that they let me pick dresses to try on too! I have never been to Victoria lane because I have nowhere to wear such beautiful dresses! I drive by everyday and it’s a highlight of my day to see what dresses are on the mannequins that day!
